Our Complaints Procedure
If there is any aspect of the care that you have received from Adult ADHD Northwest that you are unhappy with, please let us know so that we can address it as soon as possible. Please send an email to us and leave a contact number. We can then arrange a telephone consultation or a meeting to investigate your concerns.
If you are uncomfortable with making a complaint directly to Adult ADHD Northwest, then your local advocacy service should be able to provide any support you need and may be able to complain on your behalf.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved by Adult ADHD Northwest, it can be raised with the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF):
